In case you are not satisfied with the purchased goods for any reason, you can exchange them hassle-free. To exchange the product, send it to the warehouse address. Please pack the goods well to prevent damage during transport. The goods must be returned in their original packaging. The product must be returned unused, undamaged, including any accessories, and in a condition suitable for resale. Along with the goods, you need to include the purchase receipt. You can exchange the product for a total value equal to or higher than the original purchase price. In the case of a higher-priced product, you will pay the price difference.

For the first exchange, we do not charge any fees for packaging and shipping related to the exchange. You can process the exchange by sending the goods only to our warehouse address.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS:

Products made according to the customer's specific requirements, including custom alterations, cannot be returned or claimed. Due to their individual nature and customization according to the buyer's specific requirements, these products are not suitable for resale. Therefore, the customer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract or request a refund for such goods if they were made or altered specifically for them. This ensures compliance with legal standards and protects business interests.

The buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract if the goods were purchased and picked up in person from the seller.
