In case you are not satisfied with the purchased item for any reason, you can easily exchange it. Exchange by sending the item to the warehouse address. Please ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during return shipping. The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, undamaged, including any accessories, and suitable for resale. Along with the item, include the purchase receipt. You can exchange the item at any time for a product of equal or higher value than the original purchase price. In the case of a higher-priced product, you will cover the price difference.
